Yoga Sutra Shala - Residential Course Pricing and what is included:

 

Depending on the room option you choose (to see individual rooms and their prices please click here), the total cost of each course ranges from 720€ to 1295€ and includes:

• Course tuition 

• Your comfortable bedroom in the beautiful historic house of Casa Verònica.

• Delicious, organic, nutritious, plant-based meals, snacks and drinks

• Use of the facilities: yoga equipment, guest kitchen, library

Your comfort:

 

Accommodation is offered in beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, and air-conditioning which can also be used for heating in winter. The Casa is located in the lovely historic centre of Pego and is close to the main square with its lively tapas places to give you a real feel of being in provincial Spain. There is a communal guest kitchen for preparing snacks between mealtimes and classes and there are areas for sitting and for dinning. Your training will take place in a local shala which is only a few minutes walk away and when possible, outside in the sunshine. Evenings and free time are ideal for students to explore the surrounding area and enjoy tapas or a walk in the beautiful historic town.

 

Your nutrition:

 

All meals are plant-based and are freshly prepared with love by our fantastic chef, using organic whole-foods and organic local produce. Water, organic coffee and a selection of organic teas, fruits and snacks are also included and available to you throughout your stay. The local restaurants (within easy walking distance of the centre) offer a range of meals, including vegetarian and vegan dishes, fresh salads and delicious cocas (a local speciality, like pizza).
