Please note that for our October retreat we have individual room left at 695 euros. For the rest of our winter retreats we have shared rooms starting at 695 euros and individual rooms starting at 795 euros. Also for our April teacher training course (TTC) we have shared rooms starting at 1875 euros. We are including a beach trip to the local beach on our current retreats and TTCs as well as workshops on nutrition, anatomy, alignment, philosophy, gratitude journaling plus pranayama. Each retreat and TTC also includes at least one guided walk in the  beautiful Valencian mountains.

To book with us simply email us at mail@retreats-yoga.com with the dates that you want to come and the room that you are interested in. We will then send you a health form to complete and the details for paying your deposit. Please do not book your flights until we have emailed you to confirm that the deposit has been received as a lot of people are currently booking our rooms.

Our yoga retreats have both a Gentle Yoga and a Dynamic Yoga class each morning from Monday to Thursday. On Friday we have a combined yoga class in the morning. We also have a guided meditation each morning and in the evening we have workshop and a yin yoga class. As well as this we aim to included guided walks in the beautiful mountains when weather permits.

Below is an explanation of the types of morning classes we have at the moment:

The Gentle Yoga and Meditation class is ideal for beginners and those who have practiced yoga for 1-2 years. We will move at a slower pace and you will be in the company of others wanting to work at a gentle pace. This class is also ideal for more practiced students wanting to go more slowly.

The Dynamic Yoga and Meditation class is based on the flow of vinyasa yoga. This class is aimed at those with at least a year or two's regular practice of yoga who want a more challenging yoga retreat.
