The Most Unique Yoga Retreat In The World
We intend to reopen in Summer 2021,
for yoga retreats and teacher training courses
and we hope that you will join us here in the beautiful mountains
in the Valencian countryside, Spain.
We would love to meet you and to teach you.
At the beginning of your stay you will set yourself an intention for the week which will help you to decide on what you want to focus on while staying with us. Our wonderful and experienced yoga teachers will support you in all possible ways throughout your stay here and be your personal guides.
All your teachers have travelled the world learning from the most experienced yogis in order to give you the best in yoga knowledge that the world has to offer.
Namit has also studied nutrition to a very high level in order to give you the most delicious and nutritious meals available on any yoga retreat in the world. All the chefs that work here are experienced in the preparation of healthy balanced meals using organic and wholefood ingredients and they cook with love in their hearts, to give you the best eating experience that they can.
The food that is served is carefully selected and plant-based. To us it is vital that the quality of the food is the absolute best you can get from this area. All ingredients are delivered here by local farmers several times a week, to ensure that they are always fresh and tasty.
Each Yoga Retreat begins on a Sunday at 14.00 and ends on a Friday at 13.00, so you’ll have six restorative days of:
two classes daily of wonderful Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga
two inspiring meditation classes daily;
delicious, organic, plant-based meals, drinks and snacks;
lovely comfortable accommodation with en suite bathroom;
exhilarating hikes in the fresh mountain air;
relaxing moments in the beautiful sunshine, by the pool or in the extensive gardens;
fun, informative workshops;
the opportunity for private yoga sessions
and great company.
Yoga Teacher Training
Our Yoga Teacher Training courses run twice a year, in summer and autumn-winter. Each course lasts 4 weeks, beginning on a Monday and ending on a Friday.
Our courses offer you an holistic approach to this joyful and health-sustaining practice, with the best of both an Eastern and Western approach to Yoga Teacher Training and a focus on pranayama; asana; chanting and meditation and an exploration in to the philosophy that forms the solid foundation of these practices, so that you can grow, develop and gain confidence in your practice and bring yoga fully in to your life, on and off the mat.
