The Most Special Vegan Yoga Retreat In The World

Please note that we have one space left for our retreat of May 26-31. We are including workshops on nutrition, anatomy, alignment, philosophy plus pranayama on each retreat. Also each retreat and TTC (Teacher Training Course) includes at least one guided walk in the  beautiful Valencian mountains. As well as this the TTC includes a trip to the local beach.

At the beginning of your stay you will set yourself an intention for the week which will help you to decide on what you want to focus on while staying with us. Our wonderful and experienced yoga teacher will support you in all possible ways throughout your stay here and be your personal guide. 

 

Your teacher has travelled the world learning from the most experienced yogis and his intention is to share with you ancient knowledge and wisdom on the peace and stillness that yoga has to offer.

Your experienced chefs know all about the preparation of the most healthy and well balanced meals using the best local organic and wholefood ingredients which come from our Valencian organic farmers. Our chefs cook with love in their hearts to give you the best eating experience that they can. We hope that you agree with our reviews about how our meals are delicious, tasty and nourishing. Your chefs work closely with Namit who has studied nutrition to a very high level in order to give you the most amazing meals available on any yoga retreat in the world.

The food that is served is carefully selected, organic and plant-based. To us it is vital that the quality of the food is the absolute best you can get from the Valencian Community. All ingredients are delivered here by local organic farmers several times a week, to ensure that they are always fresh and tasty.

Yoga Retreat

Each Yoga Retreat begins on a Sunday at 16.00 and ends on a Friday at 11.30, so you’ll have six restorative days of:

  • two classes daily of wonderful Hatha or Vinyasa and Yin yoga

  • an inspiring meditation class daily;

  • delicious, organic, plant-based meals, drinks and snacks;

  • lovely comfortable accommodation with en suite bathroom;

  • an exhilarating hike in the fresh mountain air;

  • relaxing moments in the beautiful sunshine, by the pool or in the nearby mountains;

  • fun, informative workshops;

  • and great company.

Yoga Teacher Training

We would love to guide you up to teacher level during one of our Teacher Training Courses.  Each course lasts 23 days,  beginning on a Saturday and ending on a Sunday.


Our courses offer you an holistic approach to this joyful and health-sustaining practice, with the best of both an Eastern and Western approach to Yoga Teacher Training and a focus on pranayama; asana; chanting and meditation and an exploration in to the philosophy that forms the solid foundation of these practices, so that you can grow, develop and gain confidence in your practice and bring yoga fully in to your life, on and off the mat.
